SANMPL, operated by Santumushuaha Media Private Limited, wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items within the period below.

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging
• All accessories, manuals and free items are returned with it
• The product has not been installed, configured or modified
• A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged by misuse, mishandling or improper installation
• Batteries and power banks that have been opened, used or tampered with, unless defective
• Items without original packaging, seals or labels
• Products returned after the 7-day window

3. How to Start a Return

1. Email us with your Order ID and the reason for return.
2. We review the request and reply with a Return Authorization within 1 to 2 business days.
3. Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship it to the address given in the Return Authorization.

Please do not ship returns without a Return Authorization. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

4. Return Shipping

• If the product is defective or incorrect, SANMPL covers the return shipping cost.
• For all other returns (change of mind, wrong order placed by the customer), the customer pays return shipping.
• We recommend a trackable shipping service.

5. Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• If approved, a refund is made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
• You may instead choose an exchange or store credit, subject to availability.
• Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
