Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on sanmpl.shop.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

• You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team, provided it has not been dispatched.
• After 24 hours, or once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled because it will already have been processed for shipping.

To cancel, email us with your Order ID and the subject line "Cancellation Request".

2. Cancellation by SANMPL

We may cancel an order if:

• The product is out of stock
• Payment is not received or fails verification
• A discrepancy or fraudulent activity is detected in the order

In these cases you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
